The resort is located 45 miles from the airport.

The Dunas Jandia Resort (formerly Dunas Canaris Aparthotel) offers six pools (heated in winter), tennis courts, fitness centre, gym, massage, five a side football and paddleboard. There is an international entertainment programme and most of the music shows are in English. The hotel offers 24 hour reception, mini train, supermarket, hairdressers, money exchange facilities and a disco.

For children there is a pool and children's club.

The guestrooms are allocated in the aparthotel and offer a bedroom, private bathroom, safety deposit box, telephone and balcony or terrace. All have living rooms (in the standard this is combined with the bedroom and might not have a kitchenette but will have a fridge).

Please note that the family rooms and junior suites may be multilevel.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main Montesol restaurant. With meals local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are offered. Snacks (sandwiches, hot dogs, chips and ice cream) are available at the pool bars from 1 pm to 2.30 pm and at the same time there is a buffet with a great variety of warm and cold meals. Afternoon tea is available from 3 pm to 4 pm in the pool bars. All Inclusive drinks include water, juices, coffee, soft drinks, beer and local alcoholic drinks served from 6 pm to 11 pm at selected bars.
