Complex facilities (some of which may be at the neighbouring Buganvilia and Mimosa hotels) include 2 outdoor swimming pools, childrens pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Further leisure facilities include a childrens playground, tennis court and a games room with billiards, table tennis and darts. Daytime and evening entertainment is also provided for both adults and children to enjoy. The complex features a buffet restaurant, an a'la carte restaurant, a cafe-bar and a bar.

Guest services include 24hr reception, washing and ironing service, babysitting (on request, with local charge), a gift shop, internet corner, WiFi hotspots throughout the hotel and a free shuttle bus service to and from the city centre.
