The building offers a porters office and parking (local charge). Please note, the accommodation does not have a swimming pool.

There are 30 apartments spread over 17 floors, all of which feature bedroom, living/dining room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, kitchen, full bathroom and terrace.

Located in the Rincon de Loix area on the Levante Beach, in first line of hotels. Alicante airport is approx 64km from the resort of Benidorm.
