The hotel offers guests a 1.6 km sandy private beach and coral reef, 6 temperature controlled pools, 3 children's pools, 2 floating pools with sea water, 3 floodlit tennis courts (lessons available, local charge), cycling guided tours (organised daily, local charge), beach volleyball, mini football, archery, table tennis, water polo, billiards and horse riding. The Aladdin Casino is available for guests and offers slot machines and gambling tables with free admission). The Elisir Beauty Farm is the most exclusive in Egypt and offers Turkish bath, open air gym (overlooking the sea), health and beauty area and thermal baths. There is a diving centre with professional instructors who offer snorkelling, underwater photo shooting, introduction diving, open water diving and PADI courses. The hotel has a private jetty and eight boats for daily excursions. Conference facilities are offered.

For the children, there is a club offering daily entertainment for children 4 to 12 years old. The Kids Oasis will help children have an enjoyable stay. There is a crèche and 24 hour babysitting service (on request, local charge)

The hotel animation team organises excursions in glass bottom boats, desert quad runner, horse riding, snorkelling trips, desert rally and motor cross and go karts.

The hotel special events include a weekly desert dinner (barbecue and double show program) and a weekly gala dinner show (cocktails, gala buffet and music). Other activities offered are bingo, lottery, piano bar, live music, musicals, animation shows and parties

(please note that guests who have booked the Oasis Hotel cannot access the prestige pool or the salt lake. Oasis guests can use the main pool and Aquamarine guests can use 2 pools, namely the main pool and the Aquamarine pool).

The complex has the motto ‘variety is the spice of life' and offers ten main places dispersed around the million square meters of this resort. There are five a la carte restaurants (Paisir Restaurant swerves Mediterranean cuisine, La Piazzetta serves Italian for dinner, Nautilus is on the beach and serves seafood and grilled specialities, Petru's Grill is a steak house and South East Asian serves Asian cuisine). There are five buffet restaurants (Sultan Restaurant at the pool, Wadi Restaurant at the beach, Alhambra Restaurant, Coral Restaurants and the Al Hambra Egyptian Restaurant. There are eleven snack bars, bars and lounges across the complex serving everything from pizza to cocktails to healthy juices (one provides internet access).

(Please note that Oasis guests can access only the main restaurant (Coral Restaurant) for free. For the buffet and other restaurants they are entitled to a credit of 69 LE Egyptian and must pay the rest in cash. An all inclusive drinks package is available during meal times (local beer, wines and soft drinks) for Half Board and Full Board packages (only at Coral restaurant), for all hotels (Oasis and above categories) at no extra charge.

All of the rooms are spacious and comfortable and offer a balcony or terrace and all can have a sofa/extra bed and baby cot (on request). The Aquamarine pool has 160 rooms with pool or sea view and the majority of the 460 Oasis rooms have an exceptional view overlooking the sea and Tiran Island. All rooms offer individual air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, mini bar, hair dryer and bathroom with shower. Additionally, the Aquamarine Poolrooms have mineral water on arrival and bathrobe. Guests staying in the Oasis rooms and the Aquamarine Poolrooms can use safety deposit boxes (at reception).
