A range of 4, 4 and 5 and 6 bedroom homes are available, each with fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, glasses, crockery and cutlery etc, bathrooms, laundry facilities, cable TV and air conditioning.

Cots and highchairs (approx $7 per day) are available as is pool heating (approx $25 per day), all payable at local charge.

Generally within 20 minutes of Walt Disney World, on the outskirts of Kissimmee. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Directions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in, will be on your right.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
