There are various dining options at the hotel including Cape May Cafe, where some of the Disney characters may be spotted and a range of shopping and entertainment venues. Other facilities include 2 swimming pools, children's pool, spa, many water slides, private beach, children's playground, health club, games room, tennis court, volleyball court and children's club for 4 to 12 year olds.

There is also a 24 hour reception, safe, currency exchange facilities, internet access, car rental and bicycle rental. There is also a complimentary delivery service, so anything that is bought in one of the parks can be delivered back to the hotel for you to collect later in the day.

Situated in the Epcot area, the other attractions can be reached by boat, bus and walkway. Many of the areas other attractions are not far away by taxi or hired car. All Disney transport is complimentary.
