The hotel is set on its own beach and has its own shopping centre and disco with in the complex. Local minibus is available every 15mins to Stoke town and a ferryboat service to Bodrum is available daily in high season and three times a week in low season. The hotel is 90km from Bodrum Airport, 145km from Izmir Airport.

Sport facilities at the hotel include swimming pool and activity pool with water slide, childrens pool with water slide. Free sun beds, mattresses, parasols and pool & beach towels are available.

Tennis, table tennis, basketball, mini-football (all from 09:00-18:00), Turkish bath & sauna as well as fitness (all from 09:00-20:00), mini-club (10:00-12:00 & 14:00-16:00), for the duration of your stay at Didim Beach Resort all kinds of entertainment and games are provided, such as boccia, gymnastic, step, jogging, aerobic, pool games, tournaments of cocktail and BK gammon, dart, bingo and card games.

Chargeable Extras: Doctor (24hrs), imported drinks, fresh orange juice at breakfast, safety deposit boxes, telephone, mini bar, internet, massage (09:00-20:00), billiards (09:00-18:00), motorised water sports (09:00-18:00, seasonal) and scuba diving are available at a charge. There is also a charge for late check-out (if room available) for those leaving on a night flight.

All the rooms have bathroom (with shower or bath), WC, hair dryer, split air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and balcony. Carpeted floors. The hotel has a limited number of rooms for the disabled (on request).

Some of the rooms have a French bed and others have twin beds. Some of the rooms have a third bed in addition to the French bed. When required all the rooms can include additional beds.

Breakfast (08:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-11:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style. An A' la Carte restaurant, the Marin, is also at the disposal of the AI guests offering dinner from 20:00-23:00.

During meals all local beverages are available. Delicious light snacks & pastry are available at the snack bar (12:00-16:00) and at the beach bar (12:00-17:00). Cold sandwiches and cookies (24hrs) as well as midnight snacks (24:00-01:00) are available at the Cafe Sport.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water, etc are served between 10:00 & 01:00 at the four hotel bars; Dolphin pool bar (10:00-24:00), beach bar (10:00-18:00), Café Sport (24hrs) and Santana disco bar (23:30-02:00).
