Hotel facilities include an outdoor freshwater 2000sq.m swimming pool, childrens pool (90sq.m) and an indoor pool (80sq.m). Further leisure facilities include a floodlit tennis court, jogging paths, bicycle tracks, a Spa & Wellness centre with gym area, sauna, steam room, hair salon and a vast array of treatments (closed early season). The hotel also has a private Chapel for wedding ceremonies.

The hotel has 2 restaurants and 3 bars, these are the Emerald Restaurant open for buffet breakfast and dinner with outdoor seating, the Peruzzi Italian Restaurant serving a'la carte seafood cuisine, the Marquise Lobby Bar, the Radiant Pool Bar and the Cushion Beach Bar which both serve light snacks.

Hotel services provided include 24hr reception, room service, conference facilities, doctor on call, satellite TV lounge, laundry and dry cleaning service. Baby sitting is also offered on a request basis.

There are a total of 110 rooms and suites of varying types all with terraces and balconies as well as pool and sea views.

All rooms are provided with air-conditioning, heating, flat screen LCD TV, mini-bar (on request), telephones, electronic safe and en-suite bathroom.

Cots are available on request.

The resort is 5km from the centre of Kos Town and its harbour and 3.5km away from the shopping centre.

Kos Airport is approx 24km away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
