The hotel has a reception desk which is open from 10:00-13:00 and 17:00-19:00 on Monday-Wednesday, 09:00-22:00 on Thursdays, 10:00-13:00 on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. There is also maid service, laundry service, bar, snack bar, and heated swimming pool with children's section.

The rooms are able to sleep up to 4 or 6 people and they have a bathroom, kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, safe, satellite TV, ceiling fan, and either a small garden or terrace area. A hairdryer, iron and cot are available on request.

The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, water skiing, windsurfing, boating, fishing, and live entertainment. A health club and tennis courts are approx 1.6km away.

Lanzarote Airport is approx 12km from the resort.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
