Crystal Palace Luxury Resort Side offers a 24 hour reception, medical assistance, internet cafe, meeting rooms, hair dressers, dry cleaning, laundry service, room service, and parking.

There are also swimming pools, indoor pool, water-slides, mini club for those aged 4-12, junior club for those aged 13-16, playgrounds and a games room. The hotel has a spa centre with various health and beauty treatments plus Turkish bath, sauna and steam room. Sports activities include tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, fitness centre and jet skiing.
