The facilities available to guests staying at Crystal Hotel Belek Family Resort & Spa include 24 hour reception, safety deposit boxes, various shops, hairdressers, 2 conference rooms,internet cafe, on call doctor, car rental and laundry/dry cleaning. The complex has its own private beach with sun loungers and parasols, 3 swimming pools (1 with aqua park, 1 is indoor), 3 tennis courts, mini golf, basket ball and beach volleyball.

There is a Spa with a health & beauty centre, Spa garden with Bali type massage areas, fully equipped fitness centre, steam bath, Turkish baths, jacuzzi, shock shower and 2 saunas.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability. The All Inclusive programme comprises off buffet breakfast from 07.00-10.00 (main restaurant) and 08.30-10.00 (A la Carte restaurant, late breakfast from 10.00-11.00, buffet lunch 12.30-14.30, childrens lunch buffet from 12.00-13.00, buffet dinner from 19.00-21.30 (main restaurant), childrens buffet dinner from 18.30-19.30, A la Carte buffet dinner from 19.00-21.30, afternoon tea is served from 17.00-18.00 and ice cream is served from 16.00-18.00.
Snacks are served from 11.30-16.00 and 23.30-00.30 in the Caretta snack restaurant, 00.30-07.00 in the Lagoon bar, and in the lobby bar from 17.00-23.00.

Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served from 10.00-23.00.
