There are two main restaurants, three a la carte restaurants, five bars and one Café Turca. Facilities also include three swimming pools (one with an aqua park and one indoor), jacuzzi, fully equipped Spa health and beauty centre with an outside pool, special jet showers and relaxation beds with Jacuzzis in the Spa pool. As well as a hairdresser, doctor, laundry service, water sports centre, three tennis courts, shopping centre, car rental, photo shop, Internet cafe, play station games, 2-track bowling room, billiards, table football, darts, table tennis, cinema, animation, amphitheatre, evening shows and live music.

Comprising of 278 standard rooms, 90 family rooms, 4 junior suites and 4 Sultan suites. All rooms have balconies, electronic card locking system, central air- conditioning and heating, satellite TV and music channel, minibar, safe box, direct dial telephone, Internet (upon request at reservation), sprinkler system and fire detector. Bath amenities include telephone, hairdryer and bathtub (Jacuzzis in suites), 220 volt electricity supply. Non smoking and handicapped rooms are available.

Family rooms comprise of 2 bedrooms with land or sea view.

All inclusive program consists of buffet style meals served in the Lalezar Restaurant, breakfast 07:00-10:00, late continental breakfast 10:00-11:00, lunch 12:30-14:30 and dinner 19:00-21:30. Children's buffet available in Apache Mini-club for lunch 12:00-13:00 and dinner 18:30-19:30.

Guests may also dine in the a la carte restaurants prior to reservation; A la Carte breakfast Istanbul Restaurant 08:30-10:00, Mexican Restaurant 19:00-21:30, Venezia Restaurant 19:00-21:30 and Istanbul Restaurant 19:00-21:30.

Snacks are available throughout the day, Caretta Snack Restaurant 12:00-16:30, cake and cookies at Lobby Lounge 17:00-23:00, cakes and tea time at Lagoon Bar 17:00-18:00, late night snack at Caretta Snack Bar 23:30-00:30 and night snack varieties at Lagoon Bar 00:30-07:00.

Local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available at; Caretta Bar 10:00-23:00, Lobby Lounge 10:00-23:00, Cafe Turca 10:00-23:00, Disco 23:00-02:00 and at Vital Bar 10:00-19:30 (fruit juices only).

Leisure facilities include disco, gym, jacuzzi, non motorized water sports, sauna and Turkish bath.
