Facilities at the hotel include six restaurants (five of which are a'la carte) and numerous bars, five outdoor pools, children's pools, water-slides, indoor pool with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, steam room, mini-club (for ages 4-12yrs), fitness centre and game centre. Leisure facilities also include mini-golf, tennis court, outdoor training equipment, darts, aerobics and aqua-aerobics, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis, air rifle and Boccia.

Animation activities are provided throughout the day, with evening shows, live music and a disco on certain days of the week. Further services on offer at the hotel are dry cleaning and laundry service, Internet cafe, doctor, shopping centre, conference facilities, hairdresser and a spa centre with outdoor pool (local charges apply).

The hotel has a total of 837 rooms spread over six floors, consisting of 501 standard rooms, 8 disabled rooms, 213 family rooms, 72 inter-connecting rooms, 15 junior suites, 10 duplex family suites, 8 senior suites, 8 deluxe suites and 2 royal suites.

All rooms feature private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar (with soft drinks refilled daily), safe deposit box, wireless internet access and a balcony with either sea or pool views.
