The hotel has a 24 hour reception desk, multilingual staff, currency exchange, porter service from Thursday-Sunday, internet access, maid service, babysitting on request (subject to availability), restaurant, bar, mini market, and car hire.

There is also an outdoor heated pool, indoor pool, children's play area, children's club for 5-12 year olds, games room, sauna, fitness facilities, and squash court.

Most of the units have 2 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people, but there are some 2 bedroom units which sleep up to 4 people and some studios which sleep up to 2 people. All of the units have a kitchen with microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, ceiling fans, and private terrace. Some of the units have 2 bathrooms.

The hotel is close to the beach, restaurant, medical facilities and tennis facilities and within approx 5km of the hotel there are water skiing, windsurfing, boating, fishing, golf and horse riding opportunities.

Malaga Airport is approx 59km from the resort.
