For guests, the hotel owns its own private beaches where a beach bar and beach restaurant can be found built on their land. The beach is a five minute drive from the main part of the resort and an air conditioned shuttle bus operated to the beach at regular intervals throughout the day. The nearest beach is Ras Um El-Sid.

Sharm El Sheikh provides numerous bars, casinos, restaurants, shops and diving centres.

The resort offers guests two swimming pools (one heated), two private beaches (one sandy and one rocky), two bars at the hotel and a bar at each beach, an air conditioned shuttle bus, children's play area, billiards, table tennis, disco, laundry service and currency exchange. There is a massage service available (on request, local charge) and babysitting can also be arranged locally (local charge)

Honeymooners receive a free bottle of sparkling wine and a basket of fruit on arrival in their room.

The hotel offers 166 comfortable guestrooms with either a queen bed or twin beds. Each provides individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, safety deposit box (local charge), direct dial telephone, internet access (local charge), hairdryer, minibar and a private terrace. Room service is available (local charge) and non smoking rooms are available on a request.

The All Inclusive package includes buffet breakfast (7 am to 10 am), buffet lunch (1 pm to 3 pm), afternoon tea (4 pm to 5 pm) and dinner buffet (7 pm to 10pm). Local beer, wines and spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee are available from the pool bar and main bar between the hours of 10 am and 11 pm (except 24/12 and 31/12 till 6pm). The Las Palmas Pool bar is self service between 10 am and 6 pm and the Amigos Bar is self service between 6 pm and 11 pm. Drinks are served in plastic cups in all areas. The hotel provides activities and entertainment.

(At the beach area only soft drinks are included between 10 am and 6pm, alcoholic drinks and food are not available. Neither drinks in the Disco or room service is included).
