The facilities provided for guests includes 2 swimming pools (one is naturist on Tower Island), 4 whirlpool baths, Sun terraces and gardens, sunbeds and use of pool towels. There is a gym, spa facilities, steam room and jacuzzi. There is also floodlit tennis court, squash and water sports such as water skiing and sailing.

The AI programme consists of breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast & lunch are served at the Patio restaurant. During lunch & dinner wine is offered. Continental breakfast can be taken in the room from 07:30-10:00. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Beach Grill (casual) and for dinner the open-air Calabash (traditional cuisine), Verandah (international cuisine), Le Gourmet (French cuisine, upon reservation) and the Bayside casual candle-lit restaurant (Italian cuisine, upon reservation). Snacks are also available.

Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the main bar (10:00-01:00), the piano bar (18:30-until last guest leaves), the Island bar (09:00-17:00) and the Bayside bar (during dining)
