Couples Tower Isle has 3 outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzis and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols as well as a private island for naturists with a pool and swim-up bar. Further leisure facilities include 3 floodlit tennis courts (lessons available), PADI scuba diving centre, a fitness gym and a games room with table tennis tables. Activities available include aerobics, shuffleboard, volleyball, kayaking, hobie cat sailing, water skiing, snorkelling and scuba diving.

Social and dining venues include the Patio Restaurant which is located by the beach and specialises in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, the pool-side grill, a veggie bar, a piano bar, the Tower Isle bar and A la Carte restaurants specialising in Asian, Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine.

Amenities and services available to guests include a 24 hour internet cafe, free WiFi in public areas, 24 hour reception, concierge desk, on-call doctor, laundry, dry cleaning and room service. There is also a shuttle service to the golf club and to Island Village.

There are 226 guest rooms and suites at the Couples Tower Isle located in the main building and in the gardens. The AI programme consists of breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast & lunch are served at the Patio restaurant. During lunch & dinner wine is offered. Continental breakfast can be taken in the room from 07:30-10:00. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Beach Grill (casual) and for dinner the open-air Calabash (traditional cuisine), Verandah (international cuisine), Le Gourmet (French cuisine, upon reservation) and the Bayside casual candle-lit restaurant (Italian cuisine, upon reservation). Snacks are also available.

Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the main bar (10:00-01:00), the piano bar (18:30-until last guest leaves), the Island bar (09:00-17:00) and the Bayside bar (during dining)
