The facilities include a reception with currency exchange, internet-cafe, meeting rooms with capacity for 120 people, bicycle and car rental. There are various restaurants, bars, snack bar and a discotheque. There is a modern thalasso-therapy centre including treatments under medical supervision; hairdressers and beauty salon rounding off the relaxations on offer.

There are 4 swimming pools with a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols at guests disposal free of charge.

There are standard room twin room, 'Family Rooms' which have two bedrooms and sleep up to 6 person (4 Adults + 2 Children or 2 Adults + 4). Alternatively there are 'Interconnecting Double Rooms' which sleep the same. Guest rooms are provided with air conditioning, private bathroom, hair dryer, safe deposit box, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel is approx. 3 km from Puerto del Carmen, 15 km from Arrecife International, and 5 km from Timanfaya National Park. There is a regular public bus for Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife and Playa Blanca.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the numerous establishments offering gastronomic options: 2 buffet restaurants offering a wide, varied culinary range, as well as an A la Carte restaurant. A kiosk with delicious salads and sandwiches is also available. Wide choice of alcoholic and soft drinks and herbal teas are offered in all 3 hotel-bars. There are also several drinks machines around the clock.
