The complex has many facilities to offer guests including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 swimming pools, outside jacuzzi pool, slides, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a fitness centre with a sauna, Turkish bath, massage and jacuzzi.

Further facilities include a reception area, money exchange, internet access, medical assistance, safety deposit box rental, mini market, jewellery shop, meeting facilities and a TV room. There is a hair dresser, billiards, video games, children's club and a full animation programme. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Guest rooms are comfortably furnished and are provided with kitchenette, equipped with refrigerator, utensils, sink, hotplates, kettle and cooking facilities and a separate bedroom with one double bed or two single beds (baby-cot can be added).

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (local charge), in-house music, mini bar, telephone, hair dryer, private bathroom, WC, continuous hot water and furnished large balcony. There is a daily maid service with linen and towel changes every second day.

Dalaman airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.
