The complex has many facilities to offer guests including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, big screen TV and internet corner. There are 2 swimming pools, outside jacuzzi pool, slides, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a fitness centre with a sauna, Turkish bath, massage and jacuzzi. Further facilities include a hair dresser, billiards, video games, children's club, full animation programme and doctor on call. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Guest rooms are comfortably furnished and are provided with kitchenette, equipped with refrigerator, utensils, sink, hotplates, kettle and cooking facilities and a separate bedroom with one double bed or two single beds (baby-cot can be added). The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV (local charge), in-house music, mini bar, telephone, hair dryer, private bathroom, WC, continuous hot water and furnished large balcony. There is a daily maid service with linen and towel changes every second day.

The apartments are located approx 1km from the city centre, 850m to the beach and just 1.5 km to the bar street. Dalaman airport is approx 90 km.
