The hotel is located in Ixia which is a cosmopolitan resort just 12km from Rhodes airport and 3km from Rhodes Town (buses available locally to Rhodes Town). It is located just 50 metres from the nearest sand and shingle beach. There are a large selection of water sports on offer at the beach.

The hotel offers a main restaurant, a pool bar/snack bar, large freshwater swimming pool (with free sunloungers and parasols) tennis court, table tennis, snooker (equipment available to hire locally with charge), games room and massage centre. There is a resident animation team from mid May until mid September. For the children there is a separate pool, play area, kids club (4 to 12 years) and free cots and highchairs.
