The hotel is located 8 km from the airport, 2 Puerto Del Carmen and 350 meters from the shopping centre where you will find a variety of restaurants shops and bars.

There is a variety of facilities available at the hotel witch include two lounge bars, two non smoking restaurants with terrace and a theme restaurant, hairdresser and several shops, internet access, gym, jacuzzi and a sauna. There is a mini club and a children's playground.

All of the hotels guest rooms are beautifully decorated and fully furnished with a telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge, satellite TV, safety deposit box (charged at local rate) and have either a balcony or terrace offering beautiful views. Baby cots are also available on request.

The all inclusive programme includes continental breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. There are also themed buffet evenings available twice a week. Snacks are offered at the pool snack bar between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm. All inclusive drinks include unlimited domestic beverages and they are served at the hotel's bars and restaurants.
All inclusive sport facilities at the hotel include a gym, jacuzzi, sauna, mini club, four swimming pools with children's section, sun umbrellas and towels by the pool, children's playground, ping pong table, darts, rifle range, French bowls, volleyball, water polo, beach volleyball, three tennis courts and also daily entertainment for children and adults.
