Facilities include 3 outdoor pools, sun terraces with sun-loungers and parasols, indoor pool, 9 restaurants, patisserie, grill house, cafe lounge, lobby bar, disco bar, snack bar, bowling bar, Italian bar, 24hr reception, Internet cafe, 4 tennis courts, badminton court, volleyball, racquetball, wellness centre, sauna, massage, steam room and frequent evening entertainment. A shopping centre with jewellery, boutique, market, silver store, leather shop, rent a car, photographer, bag shop, gift shop, tattoo and music store is also available.

All rooms are equipped with mini bar (soft drinks only), safe box (extra charge), satellite TV, music channel (on TV), bathroom with bath and shower, WC, hairdryer, dual air-conditioning/heating, direct dial telephone, balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of buffet style meals served in the main restaurant, breakfast 07:00-10:00, late breakfast 10:00-11:00, lunch 12:30-14:30 and dinner 18:30-21:00. Also available is the Kebabistan Turkish restaurant for traditional breakfast 09:30-11:00 (prior to reservation, summer only), the Patisserie Cafe, lounge 10:00-20:00, the Sutis Cafe; for milky desserts & cakes 10:00-18:00. As well as nine A la Carte restaurants for dinner with prior reservation (19:00-22:00, once per stay); Turkish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Fish, French, Greek (in winter only Japanese, Italian, Chinese and French are open). Snacks are available between 12:30 & 16:00 at the Adult Beach Club and the Family Beach Club (summer), gozleme (Turkish pancakes) from 13:00-17:00 (summer), fruit time (fresh fruit service) is from 15:00-17:00 (summer). Sandwiches are offered at the lobby bar 01:00-07:00 and midnight snacks at the main restaurant 24:00-01:00. Children can have their lunch 12:00-13:00, buffet at the mini club as well as ice cream 12:30-13:00 - summer and dinner 18:00-19:00.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported ones are served at the restaurant bar 12:30-14:30 & 18:30-21:00, lobby bar (open 24hrs), Relax pool bar 10:00-18:00, Adult Beach Club 10:00-02:00, Family Beach Club 10:00-19:00, Beer garden 17:00-24:00, only beer, Biberon bar open 24hrs (lobby bar, milk for babies), bowling bar 10:00-23:00, Underground disco bar 02:00-07:00, Italian House 12:30-16:00, Musichol bar 10:00-24:00, Rock House 18:00-24:00, Vitamin bar 10:00-20:00, only non-alcoholic drinks, Patisserie bar 10:00-24:00 and the Cafe Turkish 16:00-24:00, for tea, coffee and water-pipe. In-room mini-bars are refilled everyday with water, cola, fanta and sprite.
