The Club Mermaid Village Aparthotel is situated at Incekum Türkler (16 km from Alanya) and is 110 km from Antalya airport.

The hotel offers 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a pool with waterslides, 3 children's pools, non motorised water sports, tennis court, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, darts, aerobics, mini football, Turkish bath and sauna. The complex offers animation programmes and shows throughout the day and evening. For the children, there is a children's club and playground. The hotel further offers a new reception and lounge area, mini market, souvenir shop, hairdressers, laundry facilities, foreign currency exchange facilities, doctor, internet access, cinema, meeting room, disco (11 pm to 3 am) and car rental facilities. The hotel offers a free bus service to Konakli, Avsallar and Alanya (at least 6 times a week) and there is a free bus service to the beach (4 times a day).

There are 80 guestrooms (with a French bed and single bed), 55 one bedroom apartments and 22 two bedroom apartments. All offer air conditioning (free from 15 June to 15 September), mini fridge (local charge), safety deposit box (local charge), television, direct dial telephone, private bathroom, hairdryer and balcony.

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. There is also a buffet lunch available by the pool. With meals all local alcoholic and soft drinks are served. There are a variety of snacks (hamburgers, pizza, sausages, spaghetti, Turkish pizza, etc) available at the snack bar, the beach bar and at Gozleme. Afternoon tea is served, as is midnight soup. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as whisky, gin, vodka, raki, brandy, soft drinks, tea, coffee, mineral water are served from 10 am to 11 pm and the two pool bars, the restaurant and at the beach bar.
