Facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, children's pool, sun-terrace with loungers and parasols and a poolside snack bar. Further facilities include a restaurant, kids club and play area, a sauna, Turkish bath, games room with billiards and electronic games. Services available include reception with safe deposit boxes for hire and a mini-market with internet access. Turkish nights and evening entertainment is also provided.

There are a total of 68 studios, one and two bedroom apartments. Studios sleep up to 3 people, one-bedroom apartments sleep 2-4 people and the two-bedroom apartments sleep 4-6.

Each apartment/studio is equipped with twin beds, kitchenette with toaster, kettle, twin hob and fridge, dining table and chairs, shower room and air conditioning (local charge). Most rooms have a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a separate living area with sofabed(s).

The apartments are situated in the Armutalan area, offering great views over the resort of Marmaris and is approx 500m from shops, bars and restaurants and approx 4km from the old town and yacht marina of Marmaris.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.
