The hotel has a reception desk which is open from Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, Saturdays 09:00-15:00, and closed on Sundays. There is also a maid service and swimming pool.

There are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which sleep up to 4 and 6 people respectively, and they all have a bathroom, kitchen with oven, 4 hob rings, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, safety deposit box rental, satellite TV, and ceiling fans. Cots and high-chairs are available on request.

The hotel is a short drive from the Playa de las Americas where there are shops, restaurants, and good night-life. Water skiing, scuba diving, and boating are all nearby.

Tenerife South Airport is approx 29km from the resort and Tenerife North Airport is approx 86km from the resort.
