The hotel is located 7 km from the fishing village of Cefalu, 70 km from Palermo and 180 km from Catania. There is a daily frequent public bus service that goes from outside the hotel to the centre of the old town of Cefalu where guests will find many restaurants and shops.

The Club Costa Verde Hotel offers tennis, fitness, bowls, volleyball, basketball, mini golf, table tennis and archery from 1 May to 15 September. The hotel offers swimming pools (open April to October). The hotel operates a small train that takes children (4 to 12 years) to a mini club where they can participate in various activities and swim in an exclusive children's pool. There is a private sandy beach near the hotel that is just 4 minutes from the hotel by shuttle bus. At the beach, guests will find sunbeds, parasols, windsurfing, canoes and sailing free of charge. As well as the daily animation programme (in French and Italian only), the hotel offers evening entertainment with folklore, evening themes, live music at the piano bar and disco.

The main hotel restaurant serves Sicilian specialities and international dishes in a buffet style. Wine and water are served with meals. There is an open air restaurant on the beach (open in the summer).
