The complex has six buildings each with two floors and a total of 73 two-bedroom apartments, one with a double bed and the other with single beds.

All apartments are equipped with private bathroom, a terrace or balcony, sofa bed in living area, safe (payable locally), satellite TV (limited channels), telephone and a kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge and cooking utensils etc.
