The complex offers 50 one bedroom apartments with twin or double beds, sofa beds in the lounge, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning (local charge), direct dial telephone, kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, electric cooking rings and microwave. Apartments also have either a terrace or balcony.

This accommodation has previously been known as : Alka Club Apartments

The apartments are located overlooking Gumbet Bay approx 200 metres from the beach and approx 50 metres to resort centre where a variety of shops, restaurants and bars can be found. The local bus service stop is nearby.

Bodrum Airport is approx 38 km from the resort of Gumbet.
