All accommodation comes with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and is equipped with satellite/cable TV, a radio and a kitchen with a fridge, a cooker and a microwave. Furthermore the fully equipped kitchen are provided with a washing machine, an ironing set and a dryer. Not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters, therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking. air conditioning and central heating are provided in all units as standard.

The villas are situated just 16 km from Walt Disney World and close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving directions - Guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee and join the SR 417 heading west (a toll road). Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take a first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre, where guests can check-in, is on the right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
