The hotel is basic so there are not many facilities but guests are welcome to use the facilities at the main hotel which include a variety of shops, restaurants, 3 swimming pools, jacuzzis and health club.

The guest rooms at the Circus Circus Manor Motor Lodge are located in five 3 storey buildings, each of which has its own parking area.

The guest rooms have King-size or twin Queen-size beds, flat screen cable TV with pay-per-view channels, WiFi, an in-room safe, a workstation, an alarm clock, a hair dryer and an ironing set.

Situated on the north side of the strip, Circus Circus Manor Motor Lodge is located behind the Circus Circus Hotel. It is approx 1.5 miles to the centre of Las Vegas Strip and approx 3 miles to downtown Las Vegas. The hotel is approx 4.5 miles from Las Vegas Airport.
