The hotel is situated just 130 metres from the sea and is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of Crete on the edge of Rapaniana village

The hotel is located approximately 35 km from Chania Airport and there is a bus stop just 15 metres from the reception.

The complex offers three swimming pools, beach volleyball, table tennis, boccia, and children's playground. There is a 24 hour reception desk (offering telefax service, foreign currency exchange, car rental and day trip reservations), a conference room for up to 170 persons, laundry service, children's playroom, games room with billiards and table tennis and a minimarket.

The hotel consists of 77 rooms all of which are furnished in a unique style and benefit from either garden or pool views. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, radio, satellite television, fridge and air conditioning.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The All Inclusive programme consists of full American breakfast (7 am to 9.30 am), Continental breakfast (9.30 am to 11 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm), children's dinner (5.30 pm to 6.15 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9.30 pm) all served buffet style in the Ariadne restaurant. With lunch and dinner guests have a choice of soft drinks, water, local beer, local wine, orange juice or lemonade. Snacks like sandwiches and cakes (self-service) are available between 10 am and 6 pm at the Athena bar as is filter coffee, milk, tea, soft drinks, water, local beer and local wine. In addition, a variety of alcoholic drinks, coffee, raki and cocktails will be served at the Athena Bar between 6 pm and 11 pm.

Water sports such as pedaloe's and canoes, sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, telephone calls, safety deposit boxes in rooms, jacuzzi, tennis, sauna, laundry service, mini market, conference room, billiards and air conditioning are all available at a local charge.
