Cem Aparthotel consists of 27 one bedroom stylish apartments. Each apartments has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, tea/coffee making facilities, shower, WC and hair dryer. There will either be twin beds or double beds, radio, direct dial telephone, iron and ironing board and individual air conditioning. In the apartment you will either have a balcony or terrace.

Cem Aparthotel is situated in the quieter part of Marmaris, but still only a short walk away from the night-life of Marmaris. Marmaris centre has a variety of amenities including a numerous amount of bars, restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. You can also admire the boats coming in and out of the marina.

The beach is just 10 minutes walk from the complex. Here you can relax on the sun loungers and parasols on the sandy beach or you can try one of the water sports.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.
