Guests can use the 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, car rental as well as enjoy browsing the shopping arcade and mini market. Additionally there is room and laundry service and internet access (local charge).

There is a large outdoor pool with a waterfall which is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sunbeds and parasols. Loungers and towels are also available at the beach.

For relaxation, there is a Spa with sauna, jacuzzi, gym and choice of beauty and massage treatments.

Evening entertainment is provided with live shows and music.

Sporting facilities include tennis, tennis clinic, bicycles, table tennis, pool and beach volleyball, half basketball court, mini golf, water aerobics, scuba diving lessons, kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling (some of these activities are limited to one hour per stay). The hotel also offers motorised water sports and access to Robert Trent Jones golf course (charges apply).

For children there is a kids pool, kids club and playground. A babysitting service is also available on request, payable locally.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and is only 5km away from Puerto Plata where there is a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a casino.

Puerto Plata International airport is approximately 15km away.

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant during certain times.

A selection of local non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are offered with meals. Guests may also use the Club Playa on the beach for light lunch between 12pm-5pm. There is also a choice of A la Carte restaurants for dinner (4 times weekly).

Non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are also served at Club Playa from 10am to midnight, the Cafe Francais from 6pm to midnight, the La Casita from 10am to 6pm and the Gazebo bar from 10am to midnight.

The seafood menu at the Caribbean Grill is NOT included in the All Inclusive programme.
