The Hotel offers handicapped access, lift, reception with foreign currency exchange, safety box (at a local charge at the reception), fax facility, internet (at a charge), a supermarket, free parking and laundry service. There is an existing excursion programme and suitable car rental available from your med-hotels representatives available in resort.

There is a buffet restaurant, where breakfast and dinner are served (customers on half board can enjoy hot and cold dishes from 08.00 - 10.00 & 18.30 - 21.30), an A la Carte Restaurant, el Mirador offering traditional national and international cuisine, a snack bar (10:30 - 18:00) serving a great variety of drinks, snacks and cocktails, as well as a pub (18:00-01:00) for relaxing moments with magnificent sea views.

Sports & Liesure facilities include two tennis courts, a paddle tennis court, two badminton courts, a multipurpose court for basketball, football or handball, two indoor squash courts, a gym, a massage room,, two Jaccuzis & saunas, as well as shower and changing rooms.

There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids, situated in the heart of the Aparthotel and surrounded by gardens with typical plants from the Canary Islands.

Satellite/TV

There are 169 apartments fully equipped, studios (max.cap. 2 adults & a child ) and one bedroom apartments (3 adults / 2 adults & 2 children), all with satellite TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, vitroceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, etc.), en-suite bathroom (bidet, shower & bath), spacious living-room & balcony (most of them with sea view).

Rooms are available for the disabled and include the above amenities.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, easily accessible, close to all the important facilities and areas: the airport is at a distance of 4 km, the capital of the island Puerto Rosario is about 10 km away, a golf course is only 2 km away and, lastly, the village El Castillo and its magnificent beach is at a distance of only 2 km. away.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
