The gazebo, complete with barbecue and sink, provides the opportunity to enjoy al fresco meals in harmony with the sound of the water. The house is comfortably furnished. The apartment is on the first floor whilst the owner lives on the ground floor of the property.

The property comprises of two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people, also included is a kitchen/diner with cooker, oven and fridge/freezer and a sitting room with television, also a cot and infant's high chair are available.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a security deposit of 155 Euro's, payable locally and guests using the central heating facility will incur a charge of 75 Euro per week or 15 Euro's per day if staying less than one week. Guests using the telephone will incur a charge of 11 Euro's per unit.

Located approximately 2 km from the nearest village of Reggello.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
