Built in traditional style and decorated to a high standard which includes a sitting/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and equipped with two sofas, a large dining table and satellite TV. There is a connecting kitchen with modern appliances and three bedrooms (a double and two twin rooms). There are spacious private gardens with lawned areas, outdoor dining area and L-shaped swimming pool.

Set down a track on a hillside position in rural farmland which adjoins the Sierra Almijara National Park and is 3km from the resort centre of Nerja with a supermarket and restaurants. The beach is 2km away.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
