Features of the hotel include a panoramic living room offering unique views of Lanzarote and almost a 360 degree view of the Fire Mountains. There is also a dining area, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols (fees apply), jacuzzi, as well as a laundry and bike hire service (fees apply for both).

All of the guest rooms feature an individually designed en suite bathroom with a shower and hair-dryer, as well as satellite TV, room safe (fees apply) and a bathrobe. The furniture has been specially designed for the hotel and is handmade. Terraces come as standard.
