Facilities include heated swimming pool with infinity edge overlooking pond and landscaped areas, sundeck with sun loungers and seating in grounds, hot tub adjacent to swimming pool, men's and women's locker room and showers. There is also a gift shop, 24 hour reception, internet access, babysitting services, laundry facilities and car parking.

The villas have a king bed in the master bedroom and two walk-in closets, a full bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping eight comfortably. Each bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV with full cable and a ceiling fan. There is also a lounge with cable TV and safe and kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, oven and fridge. Laundry facilities are also available.

The Caribe Cove is situated in the residential area of Kissimmee, approximately 20 minutes from Sea World, 30 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando and only 45 minutes from Downtown Orlando.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away and Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.
