The resort (commercial) centre is only a ten minute walk (about 1km) and the distance from the airport is approximately 30 km.

Facilities offered are four restaurants, three bars, two pools, tennis, squash, minigolf, multi use court (badmington, volleyball, basketball and handball), fitness room, day and night entertainment, disco, mingolf, Turkish baths, children's facilities including hotel run kid's club and live shows in the ampitheatre.

All inclusive package includes buffet meals served in the main restaurant Oasis, breakfast 07.00-10.30, late continental breakfast available 10.30-11.00 at the pool bar, lunch 12.30-14.30 and dinner 18.30-21.30. Snacks available from 13.00-1600 (open 6 days per week) at the Snack bar Pizzeria, afternoon tea 16.00-18.00 at Caidale Berber Tent and midnight sandwiches at the Pool bar 22.00-00.00. Wine is 'self service' during dinner and guests can eat in themed restaurants but reservations are required. Drinks include unlimited local wine, beers, spirits and soft drinks at the Lobby bar 10.30-23.00, Pool bar 10.30-12.00, Rotonde bar 10.30-17.00, Balcony bar 10.30-00.00 and for soft drinks the Orangerie bar 10.30-00.00.

Use of childrens' and teens' club is free. Each guest has 2 free hours use of the tennis courts per stay (reservation required). Free use of beach club facilities including non motorised water sports.
