The hotel is situated in the popular resort of Bugibba and is only minutes walk from the rocky promenade where many water sports are available. There is also a shopping arcade across the road which also offers food outlets.

Facilities include restaurant, lounge bar, TV area, swimming pool with children's section and sun terrace with jacuzzi. There are also various facilities that can be used at the neighbouring Canifor Hotel, including indoor pool, fitness room, massage parlour, hairdressers, sauna, cafe and lounge bar with live entertainment. There may be an additional charge for some facilities.

Rooms feature private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and cooking utensils, dining area, iron/ironing board, Sat TV, mini bar and air conditioning.

The All Inclusive programme consists of buffet breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner, all served in the main restaurant. Local wine, beer, soft drinks and water are served with all meals. A variety of snacks such as burgers, sandwiches, pasta and sweets are served from 11am to 3pm and tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits are served from 9.30am to 11pm. Unlimited alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 11am to 11pm each day.
