Situated in the popular area of Kardamena, separated from the sand/pebble beach by the road.

Quietly situated, about 700m from a shopping center. The centre of Kardamena with various restaurants and entertainment is about 1km away and there is a bus stop 50m from the hotel, going to the centre of Kardamena and from there to Kos town.

Kos airport is approx 7km from the hotel.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant; lunch at the pool restaurant. During lunch & dinner draught beer, local draught wine, soft drinks, orange, apple and crape juice are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are the Italian & Asian restaurants for A la Carte dinner from 19:30-22:00.

Snacks such as sandwiches, salads, and pies are available from 10:00-12:00 & 14:30-18:00 at the pool snack bar/restaurant' cold sandwiches at the main/lobby bar between 22:00 & 23:00. Ice cream is on offer from 14:00-18:00. Tea & coffee time (filter & cappuccino, chocolate) with cookies & cakes is from 16:0017:00 at the pool snack bar/restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, draught beer, spirits, long drinks, wine, liqueurs, variety of juices and ouzo are served at the pool bar (10:00-23:00) and the main bar (18:30-00:00).

Sport facilities at the hotel include daytime tennis, table tennis, archery, mini football and sun beds & umbrellas by the pool & on the beach.
