Onsite facilities include a communal swimming pool, communal club house with games room, fitness room, TV lounge, business centre, barbecue area, jacuzzi, sauna and children's playground. Some amenities may be payable locally.

Apartments have either 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, lounge area with sofa bed, cable TV, DVD player, kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms, ceiling fans, air conditioning and balcony. This is a self catering unit and no cleaning is provided.

A refundable desposit of $500 is required at check-in. Cash, travellers cheques and credit cards accepted.

Set in a gated complex with all the apartments centred around a communal swimming pool and club house with a variety of activities. Nearby you will find a selection of golf courses and the apartments are less than 5km from the Disney parks.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away and Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in, will be on your right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
