Facilities include an outdoor pool with surrounding sun-terrace, beach towels, an open air restaurant-bar and 3 beach palapa bars. Sun-loungers and umbrellas on the beach are subject to a local charge.

Guest services include 24hr reception, internet access in reception area, medical assistance and parking.

Satellite/TV

A total of 73 guest rooms divided into three sections; the Castle section has the restaurant and 18 premium rooms, the Tower section is just a few steps from the beach and has 24 guest rooms, and the Cabanas section has 31 rooms around the hotel pool.

All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, balcony or terrace, direct dial telephone, cable TV, in room safe, air conditioning and mini-bar.

The hotel is situated about 1km from the ferry dock and 1.8km from the airport (private flights only).

It is a 20-minute drive to Cancun airport and then a 20-minute boat ride to Isla Mujeres.
