The hotel offers guests an outdoor terrace, health club/spa with indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, massages, cosmetic treatments, gym with cardio vascular equipment. Furthermore, there are two outdoor swimming pools for adults, children's pool, multi purpose grass games field, one tennis court and one 18 hole putting green. The Hotel has access to Sao Rafael Beach (400m). At the beach, the hotel owns a fully equipped beach club where two concessions with free seasonal beach services such as sunbeds, sun parasols, towel service and shuttle bus are offered. For children the hotel has a seasonal kids club (4 to 11 years) with a full activity program.

In the vicinity of the hotel, you will find good leisure facilities such as Albufeira Marina, 18 hole Salgados golf course (special green fees; chain owned), thematic parks, water parks, Vilamoura Casino and fishing clubs. Near the hotel you can find water activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, catamarans, pedaloes, canoeing, water skiing and para-sailing (all with local charge).

Additional facilities of the hotel are babysitting service (on request, local charge), 24 hour security, car rental, discounted green fees at nearby golf courses, golf lessons and sightseeing tours, reception and conference facilities.

The CS Rafael beach club provides an elegant restaurant and a snack bar. Guests can also enjoy the lounge and terrace bar. All of these restaurants offer fantastic views to the gardens and the sea as well as providing excellent food and service. Low calorie menus are available on request and vegetarian cuisine is available as are children's menus.

There are 105 units in total and these consist of 19 deluxe double rooms, 63 deluxe suites and 23 deluxe family suites. All boast spacious rooms with large balconies with sea, garden or land view, air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, direct dial telephone, complete bathroom, hair dryers, one bathrobe and pair of slippers per adult, mini bar and kitchenette (cooking is not possible) and safety deposit box (free of charge).

In addition the deluxe double rooms have a double bed and dining room table (for two people). Both suites have one or two bedrooms with twin beds, large living room with sofa bed and a dinner table (four or six people). The deluxe suites also have an extra bathroom with shower cubicle and the family suites have an additional complete bathroom.

Please note that baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The hotel offers one deluxe double room and one deluxe suite for disabled people.
