The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes from the beach and the town centres, the airport is located 20 miles from the hotel.

The hotel offers a variety of facilities for the guests to enjoy including a twenty four hour reception, mini market, souvenir shop, cable TV room, lounge and a large open air central courtyard with gorgeous garden, a games room, two large fresh water outdoor swimming pools, indoor pool and a jacuzzi. There is also various entertainment programmes throughout the year.
The hotel has a main restaurant called the Ta Piju Buffet witch can seat up to 400 people and is open from 7.30 am to 10.00 am and 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm. Another of the restaurants is the Sienja Pizzeria offer a variety of hot snacks. The hotel also has a bar witch is fully stocked with a selection of refreshing drinks.

All of the 208 guest rooms at the hotel are beautifully decorated and fully furnished and equipped with a telephone, cable TV (extra charge). Some rooms have a balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and can easily accommodate a third bed.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (7.30 am to 10.00 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.45 pm) and dinner (6.00 pm to 8.30 pm), all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. During evening meals tea, coffee, soft drinks, juices and local wine are available. The Terrazza Bar is open (10.30 am to 11.30 pm during the summer) the Pizzeria Bar (10.00 am to 10.30 pm) and Jack's Bar (5.30 pm to midnight) guests can enjoy locally produced drinks such as soft drinks, mixers, juices, ice tea, sparkling water, still water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, spirits and non vintage house wine.
