For children age 6-12 there is a Kid's Club featuring supervised children's activities, including Jungle Gym Playground, trampoline lessons, art and craft and a separate kiddies pool and babysitting service (payable locally). There is an entertainment programme provided by hotel such as Bubbles Disco, Jamaican band performances, Karaoke, Calypso and Reggae dancing classes, and many more.

There are 350 rooms on 7 floors in 2 buildings with 3 lifts. Diner is also available in a la carte Casablanca Restaurant (18:30- 23:00, reservation required, age 14 + only), a la carte Italian Giuseppe's Restaurant (18:30-22:30, reservation required, $10.00 pp surcharge), a la carte Japanese Munahana Restaurant (surcharge for, 18:30-22:30, reservation required), and a la carte Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Restaurant (19:30-22:00, reservation required, surcharge ). Snacks are served in Seashell Bar & Grill (10:30-18:30). Variety of locally produced non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are served in 6 different bars, the last one closes at 02:00am. Premium brand drinks at an additional cost.
