Boulevard Apartments and Cafe Hotel comprises of 32 apartments, including 28 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments.

Each apartment is equipped with living area, bathroom with bath/shower, WC, satellite TV, radio, internet access (payable locally), kitchen, oven, mini fridge, washing machine, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and air conditioning. They all come with a balcony or terrace. There is also a penthouse terrace available at an extra supplement.

Boulevard Apartments and Cafe Hotel is located on the Bulevar de los Musicos next to Albir's dry river bed. It is just 100 metres from the beach where there is a variety of water sports, sun loungers and parasols. The resort centre is 100 metres from the complex. In the centre you will find shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Altea known as the dome of the Mediterranean is 2 km away and Benidorm is 5 km away. Alicante airport is 65 km from the complex.
