Spread over 4 floors, all 36 apartments include an ensuite bathroom with shower, a combined bedroom/ lounge, a separate bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony or terrace. Satellite/ cable TV and a minibar are also included in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.

This apartment hotel is located in a quiet and secluded spot in Sunny Beach, near the tourist centre and the Black Sea. It is about 10 minutes walk to the 8 km long beach, while the lively resort centre is about 1.5 km away and offers a wide range of shops and entertainment venues, such as boutiques, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.
