The hotel is 1.5km from the town of Puerto de la Cruz, approx 25km from Tenerife North airport and 100km from Tenerife South airport. The hotel operates a courtesy bus service to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz (not weekends).

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks are available throughout the day at the snack bar in the pool area.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, local beer and wine are served until 23.00.
