The hotel provides a 24 hour reception, lobby, satellite tv room, meeting room, conference room for up to 70- persons, internet corner, currency exchange, messages, telefax, mail - postal services, private parking area and complimentary shuttle service to the beach for hotel guests. The hotel is situated 25 kms west of the Heraklion International Airport and is close to the fishing village of Agia Pelagia. Overlooking one of Crete's most beautiful bays "Mononaftis". It is also near (1 Km) from the Sofitel Capsis Convention Center in Agia Pelagia. The closest beach is 200 m away.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-09:30), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Amvrosia.
During lunch & dinner soft drinks, beer and wine are offered (all local). Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Panorama Greek restaurant six days a week from 19:00-22:30 (weather permitting above drinks included as well).

Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, salads and fruit are available between 11:00 & 15:30 at the Breeze main pool snack bar and the Pergola pool snack bar (bungalows Athina) as well as ice cream for children (12:00-15:30) and tea & coffee time with biscuits (15:30-18:00).

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, wine, beer, ouzo, raki and brandy and coffee are served at the Breeze bar (11:00-18:00), the Pergola bar (11:00-23:00) and Dionysos main bar (17:00-23:00).

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini football hard court, mini golf, small gym (all upon reservation), aerobics, aqua aerobics, table tennis, darts, water polo, water basketball & volleyball, scuba diving show at the pool (once weekly), swimming pool (08:00-20:00) with sun beds, umbrellas, showers and WC (only for adults in Artemis & Athina pools) and children's pool (08:00-20:00). For kids aged 5-12 yrs pls there is also a mini club 6 days a week (mid Jun-mid Sep), animation (mini disco, competitions, etc), videos with cartoons & kid's films, children's playground and indoor children's playroom. Day & evening entertainment is also available six days a week and includes live music, live shows, disco nights, cinema nights, darts, competitions (dancing etc), games, quiz, bingo, table games, tournaments and aqua gym.
