The ample facilities offered include a 24 hour reception desk with concierge service, business centre, tour assistance and parking is available for those arriving by car. In addition there is room and laundry service (local fee), hair dresser and shop.

There are three swimming pools to choose from which are all surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun beds and parasols. Alternatively guests can lay out on the private beach.

Sporting activities include tennis courts and there is a world class golf course adjacent to the hotel. A choice of watersports is available at the beach.

The resort is situated on the seafront next to the beach and the local area which has a variety of shops, restaurants, clubs and a casino.

The resort is approximately 5km from the centre of Puerto Plata and 15km from the Puerto Plata airport.

The Playa Dorada golf-course is adjacent to the hotel.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Three themed dinners at a la carte restaurants per week (reservations required). Snacks served 24 hours at Beach Club Snack Bar. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day from various venues, depending on opening times.
